11jj Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 11jj (hereinafter referred to as "11jj", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 11jj.bid.

By accessing the 11jj website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 11jj platform.

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration with 11jj.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 11jj wallet, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under an active 11jj promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or other wagering product available on 11jj.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 11jj may require before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating a 11jj account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You are accessing 11jj as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly illegal and in which access to 11jj is prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by 11jj from using the platform under any prior account.
• You are the rightful owner of any payment method used to fund your 11jj account.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

11jj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Deposits made to such accounts will be returned where feasible, but any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

04 Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 11jj account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same IP address, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, Players are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and must set a secure password. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 11jj login credentials. 11jj will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat.

• Accounts must be registered in the Player's own legal name.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is prohibited.
• Sharing account access with any other person is not permitted.
• Any activity conducted through a Player's account — whether authorised or not — remains the responsibility of the registered account holder.
• Players must notify 11jj immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

11jj reserves the right to close any account, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

11jj accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast instant payment infrastructure, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the 11jj wallet in real time under normal network conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction. 11jj does not charge processing fees on deposits, but players are responsible for any charges imposed by their own payment provider or mobile network operator.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at the platform's discretion. 11jj endeavours to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts within 5 to 60 minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 11jj reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit, or to methods registered in the same name as the account.
• 11jj does not accept or process payments to or from third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 11jj reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud is suspected or where verification requirements have not been met.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 11jj may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback schemes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited systematically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a wagering requirement is specified as, for example, 30x, this means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion.
• 11jj reserves the right to remove any bonus from a Player's account if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 11jj — including sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and others), live casino games, RNG slot titles, and instant games — are governed by the specific rules of each product, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure during a game or bet, 11jj reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the original stake to the Player's account. Bets placed on or after a sports event has commenced (in the case of pre-match markets) may be voided at 11jj's discretion.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the Player except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or early settlement option.
• 11jj reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without explanation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• Odds displayed on 11jj are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed by the system.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on 11jj:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such exploitation must be reported to 11jj immediately, and any gains obtained must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or coordinate bets in a manner designed to defraud 11jj.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating accounts solely to collect sign-up bonuses, using systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or otherwise gaming the promotional system.
• Money laundering or using 11jj for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity documentation during the KYC or verification process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11jj platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 11jj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the 11jj platform may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 11jj. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

11jj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the 11jj platform. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed upon login to the platform.

Continued use of the 11jj platform after the effective date of any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using 11jj and may request account closure by contacting support via Live Chat.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 11jj operates. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
